Once again, Oslo Wu-Tan is proud to announce that Master Kurt Wong will be visiting Oslo Norway again. This years topics are as followed:
San Cai Jian (Three Power Sword)San Cai Jian is afamous sword form that was developed at the Nanjing Central Martial Arts Institute in the early 1900s. The meaning of san cai refers to the three levels or gates of the body: Heaven (Head), Man (Body), Earth (Legs). This sword form is practiced as a dueling set that emphasizes evasive maneuvers and attacking vulnerable areas of the body. Master Wong will be teaching jian basics, usages, and the san cai jian dueling form.

Taiji Tuishou Pushing Hands is an important aspects of Taiji training and helps to improve the feeling and understanding of forces, intentions, and Qi involved in the practice with a partner. Through the study of Pushing Hands the student will learn to make regular Taijiquan practice much more alive and effective. This year Master Wong will cover the practice of taiji sanshou and pushing hand drills.

8-Step Style Praying Mantis Babu Zhaiyao Erlu8 Step praying mantis is a style that synthesizes elements of xingyiquan, baguazhang, and tongbei into praying mantis boxing. Master Wong will be teaching the second form from the 8 step essential form series (babu zhaiyao er lu). Strong emphasis will be on basics, form training, and usages.
