Jeg har i det siste tenkt mye på dette med motivasjon, å rett og slett prøve å lappe sammen hullene mine, jeg vet at jeg ofte er en "lyst, men tar ikke steget" Føler at det ikke er godt nok osv. Så har prøvd å aktivt jobbe med dette, det å tørre, tro og ville! Derfor har jeg startet bloggen blant annet, og jeg kjenner det hjelper allerede. Legger derfor ut litt mer her for evt andre å dra nytte av. Ting som i allfall får meg opp og ut på de tunge dagene!:

På tide å komme seg på trening, søndag, grått og trist ute. Ble en liten runde med videoer så plutselig var joggebuksa på og sekken pakka smile Ahh friskluft og røre på seg! Kan jeg ligge med go samvittighet på sofaen Wink

Banka inn serier på 130kg uten straps i dag, nærmere meg "med straps" nivået i markløft smile
Happy, men kjennes på kroppen! hehe
Ellers litt nye oppskrifter, stats etc
