Ross Enamait har en overbevisende hjemmeside. Ikke at jeg skal kjøpe noen av produktene hans,
men det var mye bra trenings ideer der. Problemet er bare disiplinen til folk (inkl meg). Hvem har jern-disiplinen?

Det var skills ja. Han hadde noen gode trenningsteknikker, når det gjelder ekslposiv trenning.
Tror jeg skal dra fram hoppetauet jeg og når jeg skal ha en oppvarming.

Trente litt på puter igår, på ett lokale jeg har tilgang til...

Det jeg merker er at det er veldig motiverende og greit når man har en trener som står og forteller meg hva jeg skal gjøre, dvs hvilke kombinasjoner jeg skal gjøre på putene (spark og slag).
MEN når jeg trener sånn på privaten, så går det greit det første kvarteret, og etter det mister jeg oppfinnsomheten fullstendig.

Hvis jeg derimot bare bokser, så klarer jeg holde oppfinnsomheten gående mye lengre , men trener i disse tilfellene med dama, og når hun holder putene er hun (forløpig) veldig unhappy for harde hooker og etc, så derfor vil jeg satse mer på hurtige kombinasjoner av slag og spark når vi trener sammen.

Så det jeg lurer på da, er om noen av dere gamle revene på forumet her har lyst til å liste opp litt diverse kombinasjoner som jeg kan trene på, så jeg har det svart på hvitt, hadde vært veldig behjelpelig, sikkert både for meg og andre! smile

Jeg slenger meg på her.

Siden oktober har jeg hatt ei fast sekkeøkt i uka. På grunn av en skade, kan jeg ikke sparke, og det blir derfor rein boksing. Jeg pleier å legge opp øktene sånn at jeg først kjører tre runder med fokus på teknikk, deretter 3x3 minutter fri boksing for kondisens skyld.

De tre første rundene legger jeg opp sånn at jeg i hver runde har fokus på en enkeltteknikk eller en kort teknikkserie, og kjører ca. hundre repetisjoner av denne.  Siden jeg er en ganske dårlig bokser, har det blitt mye basic. Det er i utgangspunktet vel og bra, og absolutt noe jeg trenger, men jeg begynner å slippe opp for ideer og fantasi. Er det noen mer erfarne boksere der ute som kan gi meg noen tips til hvordan jeg kan legge opp disse teknikkrundene?

Ting jeg har kjørt mange ganger allerede:

- Bare jab
- Bare kryss
- Hook (begge sider)
- 1-2 kombinasjon
- Jab-kryss-hook
- 1-1-2
- Avstand: Bare rette slag, fokus på rett avstand gjennom fotarbeid og forflytninger..
- Infight: Hooks og uppercut, fotarbeid og forflytninger
- Inn og ut: (spar meg for koffertkommentarene) Jobber fra normaldistanse med rette slag inn til nærdistanse med hooker og uppercuts før jeg bokser meg ut igjen.
